OneSource Rebate System - Terms & Conditions

  1. What is the OneSource rebate System?

    1. OneSource allows you to gain extra rebates over and above the price you pay for the products and services you buy from us at pre-agreed rates
    2. We are able to do this by calculating the extra costs associated with multiple orders and deliveries that you save by combining them into one order and one delivery, thus reducing wastage and overhead costs
    3. Where we have combined OneSource electronic ordering and billing procedures, we produce online invoicing and payment systems with online management reports displaying sales and savings. This helps you budget and reduces the need for postage and other costs associated with paper systems. We are then able to pass these savings onto our OneSource Agreement customers
  2. Who qualifies for the OneSource Rebate?

    1. Companies that spend a minimum of £24000 per annum (£2000 per month average)
    2. Companies who buy from the following product groups or services

      • Electronic Office Products (EOS)
      • Furniture
      • Design and print

  3. How does the Rebate System work?

    • Reduced deliveries - from every day to once or twice a week
    • Orders placed online
    • Electronic payments
    • Recycling your office waste through FREE of charge collections
