The OneSource green policy

OneSource is a brand of Paperflow that is environmentally aware but makes real business sense. It's about delivering everything from recycled business paper to ecologically sound printer cartridges. It's about doing so in a single delivery from a single place. It's about making that one journey do twice the work by also taking away paper for recycling. It's about recognising that a small difference in one company won't matter, but a small difference in lots of companies will.

We have an ongoing programme of sourcing ecologically-sound office supplies and offering them where their quality and price are suitable for normal office use. We also encourage our customers to have one delivery for all of their office supply needs - and use our online paperless administration system to save time as well as paper.

Our efforts have resulted in being awarded the ISO 14001 accreditation for environmental management.

• The Ethical Tea Partnership monitors the living and working conditions on tea estates with the aim of making sure that tea has been produced in a socially responsible way.
• The Begreen range of Pilot pens is manufactured from 100% recycled plastic and is part of Pilot Pen's commitment to finding effective ways to reduce its impact on the environment.
• The Recycology range from Pentel is a new range of filing products manufactured from more than 50% recycled materials.
• The Remarkable range of stationery products are made using recycled UK waste materials in a factory where even the energy is partly generated from recycled cooking oil.
• The familiar recycled logo is being seen more and more - 64% of all paper in the EU is now recycled.
• TCO-labelled products must have low emissions, meet ergonomic design criteria and have minimal environmental impact.
• The Nordic environmental label is awarded to products in which there are no chlorinated plastics or heavy metals, or where the inks are not hazardous to health or the environment.
